About Linx Bus in Yellowstone
The Linx Bus in Yellowstone transportation network allows riders to purchase a one-day pass for $20 or five-day pass for $80, which is good on any Linx bus in Yellowstone National Park between June 15th and September 30th, 2012.

Linx buses will be traveling on the South Loop within the park, stopping at major destinations and providing a connection to the park’s major entrances and gateway communities.

Linx does not offer driver commentary or interpretive tours in the park, but increases the mobility of visitors and park employees with limited transportation options. Linx will be an important transportation alternative for seniors, disabled visitors, seasonal employees, international guests, and those who simply would prefer not to drive.

Stops within the park will see a Linx bus several times a day giving riders the flexibility to get around the park on their own schedule. Buses serve the South loop in both a clockwise and counter-clockwise direction. This year there is also a direct service originating in Jackson, WY. This once daily route connects with continuing service* offered by LP Transportation to Cody, Wy and destinations beyond.

In addition to getting you around the park, Linx providers can get you to the park as well:

Service from Salt Lake City, Utah and points across Idaho including Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Rexburg and Island Park will enter the park through West Yellowstone on Salt Lake Express.
